Mario Côté is a "versatile" writer. He likes to create novels by mixing different styles. Now, here’s his little story...

Several years ago, when he was in his twenties, a friend introduced him to the role-playing game called «Dungeons & Dragon». At first, he was just a simple character who played in the adventures of his master of the game. A few years later, he himself decided to become the master of the game and to introduce his daughters to this role play. All together, they spent entire evenings living in the imagination of Dungeons & Dragons. One day these lively evenings came to an end, as his daughters became adults and preoccupied with a new role, but this time as parents.

 

After a few months of stoppage, Mario realized that a void had created in him… he missed terribly the fact that he was no longer supporting his adventures. So, one morning when he got up, he decided not to let his overflowing imagination die. From that moment on, he undertook his first project and created the trilogy «The Heirs of the Dream». This was the beginning of an adventure that has continued since that day. He created his first detective/fiction novel, followed by the black series of the thirteen chapters. To date, he has written no less than twelve manuscripts and other projects are to come. In addition to writing novels, Mario has also obtained a certificate as a screenwriter and has a portfolio of over a hundred lyrics of songs. He is a member of UNEQ, SPACQ and SOCAN.
